Add the products of your choice to your cart and follow the secure payment steps. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been validated.

Your orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Once your package has been shipped, please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery in metropolitan France.

Delivery charges are €5.99 for all orders within mainland France.

Yes! As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

If your order has not arrived after the indicated timeframe, please contact us at cleanbabesfr@gmail.com with your order number. We will find a solution for you as soon as possible.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason — provided that the products are returned in their original, unopened, and unsealed condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded. We advise you to check your order before opening the products.

For any returns, please contact us at cleanbabesfr@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with instructions.

If your product arrived damaged during shipping or has a defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at cleanbabesfr@gmail.com, attaching a photo of the product concerned. A refund or credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as your original order.

Yes. All Clean Babes products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.

Our formulas are selected to be gentle and skin-friendly. As every skin is unique, we recommend checking the INCI list of each product if you have specific sensitivities. If in doubt, perform a patch test on a small area before full application.

The complete INCI list for each product is available directly on the product page of our website. It is also found on the packaging.

Keep your products away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight. After opening, observe the period of use indicated on the packaging by the open jar symbol (e.g. 12M = 12 months after opening).

Certain ingredients may be unadvisable during pregnancy. We recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before use, and checking the INCI list of each product.
