Return Policy

Every Clean Babes product is carefully prepared before being sent out. Because we attach great importance to the hygiene and quality of each order, we invite you to read our policy below carefully.

Right of withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision — provided that the products are returned in their original, unopened, and unsealed condition.

Opened or unsealed products For reasons of hygiene and safety, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded. We thank you for your understanding.

Damaged or defective product If you receive a product damaged during transport or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at cleanbabesfr@gmail.com, with a photo of the product concerned. A refund or credit note will then be considered on a case-by-case basis.
